Craving a mouth-watering carbonara? At Ai Cocci, you will find the great classics of Roman cuisine: carbonara, amatriciana, gricia, cacio e pepe, Roman-style and Jewish-style artichokes, pajata, coda alla vaccinara, tripe and saltimbocca. Authentic dishes, bold flavours and recipes rooted in the traditions of Rome and Testaccio.

We are open Monday to Sunday, from 12:00 to 23:30, with food served throughout the day.
Pizza is available every evening.
Fresh handmade pasta
Fettuccine, tonnarelli, pappardelle, large ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach or salt cod, and stuffed tortelloni: our chef makes fresh pasta by hand with care, attention and passion. From tonnarelli cacio e pepe to pappardelle with wild boar ragù made without tomato, each pasta shape is chosen to bring out the best in its sauce.
Our pizza, every evening
Every evening, Ai Cocci is also a pizzeria. In our large domed oven, we prepare classic pizzas and specialities inspired by the flavours of Roman cuisine.
Alongside margherita, capricciosa and diavola, you will find pizzas such as carbonara, gricia, cacio e pepe, chicory and sausage, and our signature Ai Cocci pizza.
